Hello!

After serving 25+ years of nursing, Karen will be honored by a New Orleans-themed march, per her request, walked by family and her nurse coworkers in the Farmington Hills Founders Festival Parade. Karen was adamant about not wanting a sad, classic funeral, but wanted to have a fun celebration where her loved ones could share memories. To fulfill her request, her family will be hosting a celebratory cookout tentatively held in August/September. In lieu of flowers or bringing a potluck dish, please consider donating to this gofundme. All funds will be going towards the banner for the parade and the cookout.
