Honor Yolani's Memory: Support Her Funeral

Yolani Yanes López fue un alma valiente y hermosa, cuya fuerza y resiliencia fueron evidentes en cada momento de su vida. Nacida en Honduras, emprendió el valiente viaje hacia los Estados Unidos en 2023, con la esperanza de un futuro mejor. Pero la vida tenía otros planes. Poco tiempo después, fue diagnosticada con un tumor en el cerebro que silenciosamente se apoderó de su cuerpo, cambiando todo lo que alguna vez conoció. Su cuerpo comenzó a ceder lentamente, aunque nunca lo demostró, ocultando el dolor hasta que ya no pudo ignorarse. El tumor trajo consigo infecciones que finalmente destruyeron sus órganos, y a pesar de su lucha, estos fallaron uno por uno.

A pesar de todo, Yolani nunca dejó de ofrecer su calidez y su risa, incluso cuando estaba sufriendo. Tenía una increíble capacidad para hacer sonreír a los demás, incluso cuando su propio corazón estaba pesado. Deja atrás a una preciosa hija de 4 años, la luz de su vida, a quien amaba profundamente e incondicionalmente.

Yolani Yanes Lopez was a brave and beautiful soul, whose strength and resilience were evident in every moment of her life. Born in Honduras, she made the courageous journey to the US in 2023, hoping for a better future. But life had other plans. She was soon diagnosed with a brain tumor that quietly took hold of her body, changing everything she once knew. Her body began to slowly give way, though she never let on, hiding the pain until it was impossible to ignore. The tumor brought with it infections that ultimately ravaged her organs, and despite her fight, they failed one by one.

Through it all, Yolani never stopped offering her warmth and laughter, even when she was suffering. She had an incredible ability to make others smile, even when her own heart was heavy. She leaves behind a precious 4-year-old daughter, the light of her life, whom she loved deeply and unconditionally.
