Dear friends, family, and compassionate souls,
On behalf of Jordan Nelson, I am posting this for her with her own words .
With an aching heart, I am reaching out to share the devastating news of my father’s passing. William SHANE Davis was not just my dad—he was my hero, my rock, and the person I turned to for him to talk all the shit to me lol. My dad was always the joking type anyone who knew him they all will say he was the will smith of the house lol. He touched so many lives with his kindness, his joking, his laughter, and his endless generosity. Losing him has left a void in our hearts that can never be filled.
This tragedy has brought unforeseen challenges. As a family, we’re doing everything we can, but we cannot navigate this alone. We want to honor my father with a proper burial/cremation and a memorial that reflects the incredible life he lived. We also need to support his beloved fiancée, [Tricha Kulbeck Hacker], who was not only his partner in love but also relied on him for stability.
In his absence, she faces not only emotional loss but also financial struggles, as their shared expenses and future plans have now been disrupted.
What the Funds Will Be Used For:
Your contributions will help us:
1. Cover funeral and burial/cremation expenses to give my father the farewell he deserves.
2. Organize a memorial where friends and family can gather to celebrate his life.
3. Support his fiancée with immediate bills, living expenses, and the time to heal as she copes with this devastating loss.
My father gave so much of himself to others. Whether it was a listening ear, a helping hand, or a warm smile, he made everyone feel seen, valued, and loved. Now, in his absence, we hope to rally a community of people who were touched by his presence—or who simply want to support a family in need during an unimaginable time.
No donation is too small, and every contribution brings us closer to honoring my father’s legacy and helping his fiancée through this difficult time. If you are unable to give, sharing this campaign with others would mean the world to us.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for holding us in your thoughts. My father believed in the goodness of people, and I know that with your support, we can celebrate his life in the way he truly deserves.
From the depths of my heart, thank you for your love, generosity, and kindness during this painful journey.
With love and gratitude,
Jordan Nelson
