Help Celebrate the Life of Tom Collins

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Tom Collins due to complications related to throat cancer. His sudden passing has left our family unprepared for the emotional and financial burden of memorial and burial expenses.

Tom was a loving father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend to many. He touched the lives of those around him with his humor, generosity and spirit. Tom was the type of person that would help you whenever you asked, without hesitation.

Tom left Maui and moved back to Oregon a year and a half ago to be closer to his son and family. Tom loved Maui and it was his wish for us to return to his home to spread his ashes in Maui’s ocean.

We are asking for your help to raise $5,000 to cover:

• Memorial service expenses

• Cremation costs

• Plane tickets to Maui to bring Tom

home.
