I never thought I would be in a situation like this. First, I would like to say thank you for all of your support through the years. As many of you know, we are shaken with the loss of my father, Tom, who proudly served our community for 28 years. Serving with passion and heart, he blessed us with the best Greek food in Shreveport! We have felt your love and prayers throughout this difficult time as we extend gratitude and love to honor this great man. While traveling back to Greece to connect with family, he sadly and unexpectedly passed in the country of his birth. With mounting expenses to return him to us, we are humbly asking for an outpouring of love.
*Update...My Mom and I want to say thank you to anyone that has donated or just said a prayer. It means more than you can imagine. I just wanted to explain the situation a little better. For some reason, he didn't have any life, burial insurance or any kind of savings. He did have his checking account, and multiple credit cards. His accounts have all been drained, while he was in Greece. We don't know why or who took the money. We are still trying to figure that out. Thanks again for the miraculous donations, and the prayers/support.
