Honor Thea Kinzer: A Legacy of Compassion

Dear friends and family...as most of you know Heaven welcomed an extraordinary angel and our lives were forever changed. Our hearts are broken. We now come together to honor the memory of Thea Kinzer, an extraordinary humanitarian, devout animal activist, loyal family member and a doting grandmother who passed away on March 1, 2025. Thea's life was defined by her boundless empathy and love for others. Thea's impact on healthcare was immeasurable, with 47 remarkable years of service, including 40 years as a dedicated RN. Her leadership in homehealth management inspired a generation of caregivers. As an avid animal lover, she rescued countless dogs from euthanasia and found them forever homes, often with her and my dad, who was transformed by her compassion. The fact she turned my dad into an animal lover should speak volumes of her amazing influence of love. She even continued to donate money, time and resources to save countless animals, even on a fixed income after retirement. As we look back on her remarkable journey, we are motivated by her unwavering power of love, compassion and generosity. To pay tribute to Thea and give her the farewell she deserves, and to keep her legacy alive, we have established a Go Fund Me account in her name.
