Honor The Panama Canal Zone Veterans: "Break the Silence!"
Donation protected
The VOICES of Our Veterans & "Travels of Orange" to Washington DC: June 15-21th, 2025
The Problem:
Today, under the PACT Act, Veterans exposed in places like Thailand and Guam are recognized.
But NOT those who served in the Panama Canal Zone? They remain invisible... Left behind and Silenced by Bureaucracy!
The Cause:
Despite volumes of evidence—soil samples, Government Accountability Office (GAO) reports, export logs, environmental health studies—the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) have not included the Panama Canal Zone on the official list of recognized exposure sites.
We are left to ask and prove: Is it “at least as likely as not” that our exposure occurred? According to VA standards, that threshold should be enough. The evidence we have gathered shows: it is.
The Solution:
Support the Re-Introduction of a revised version of HR Bill 2447, aka, "The Panama Canal Zone Veterans Act," granting presumptive benefits to those who served in the Panama Canal Zone between 1958 and 1999!
Let us not forget: over 300,000 Veterans and their Family Members were stationed or trained in the defense of the Panama Canal Zone.
Sadly... Many of them have already passed away wondering about the causes of many of their deadly illnesses.
Their family members now carry the burden of fighting "The Silent War" that has been waged ever since "The Silent Spring" due to the news that; "Toxic Chemical Weapons" were known to be used in Vietnam and in"The Tropics," such as herbicides against mosquitoes and pesticides against termites and bugs, etc., known as "Wonder Drugs."

- As a nation, we do not abandon our Wounded Warriors.
- We do not cherry-pick which toxic chemicals matter by location.
They say that; "Every picture tells a Story."
Well, the Photos, Barrels, Shipping Logs, and Medical Records tell ours. We were "Zoned, we were Sprayed, and Now... We are Being Betrayed." This is another Vietnam... Another Camp Lejune!
- Now, let us be Seen. Let us be Heard.
- Let us finally be Recognized.
- Help Us - "Break The Silence!"
Thank you!
