Honor The Memory of Jay Fernandez

Dear Friends & Family:

We are all devastated by the sudden loss of Jay. The amount of love and support pouring in as we all mourn him has been a blessing. Many people have reached out to see what they can do to help his family during this difficult time. We have set up this GoFundMe account as an option for people to consider. A funeral service will be held at Blount & Curry Funeral Home on a date in the near future. If you are able to do so, please consider helping by donating towards the expenses of honoring the life of Jay with the memorial service that he deserves.
