Terry Estell lived a life marked by purpose, faith, and trailblazing leadership—as a Medivac Pilot, U.S. Customs official, ordained minister, and devoted family man. In honor of his incredible legacy, the family is establishing a scholarship fund to support Black pilots and aspiring aviation professionals through a one-time scholarship.

This fund will help carry forward Terry’s commitment to service, excellence, and creating opportunities for others. Your contribution will directly support the next generation of Black aviators—opening doors in an industry where representation matters and leadership like his is needed more than ever.
