Honor Severina Sales: Help Lay Her to Rest

This hurts a lot. On 07/15 - 08/15/2024, my mom and Daniel were supposed to go on a simple vacation to the Philippines before school started. Unfortunately, a life-changing situation turned it into a tragedy.

Severina Sales (Rina) was supposed to turn 83 on 11/08/2024. She will be doing so in heaven. It hurts. She leaves my Dad, Cornelio Sales, with a 53-year marriage and 3 Children: Me (Nelson), Laarni, and Jon. With this sudden tragedy in the Philippines with dengue fever and bacterial infection, she fought hard and lost the battle but not the Victory in Christ.

We have exhausted our financial resources while fighting to keep her alive in the Philippines, and it is humbling to me that I have to take this route to ask for support.

My Mom gave all she had and did not hesitate to open the door to her house to break bread with her. She is intentional and relational with those in and outside the Family.

We need to bring her home and lay her to rest in Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego, CA. But it costs money and resources, and I am asking for help. I know you guys love her. Thank you for your prayers and support for my Family's need for help. I know God's purpose is in this, for my Mom loves God Romans 8:28, even in death, because death has lost its sting.

We want to fly her home to California and lay her to rest in Miramar National Cemetery. I am claiming His faithfulness and will make it happen in Jesus' name...
