My dear friend Richard Poley was tragically taken last November while running on the Boulder Creek Path. The only solace was that he passed away doing something he loved.

Rich was a quirky, gentle soul, who loved animals, pie, hamburgers, Festivus and running. Above all he was a great friend and teacher, a retired lawyer he was always first to thoroughly analyze anything, especially healthcare..

Before he passed he was studying the science of happiness and promoted Self Massage for Athletes for over a decade. He truly wanted to understand how to be happy without possessions.

Please help me raise funds to go towards a memorial bench in Rich's honor. This bench will serve as a place to come and reflect while running and to let Rich know how important he was to so many. Rich touched more lives than he could have ever imagined, especially mine.
