In honor of a man who was loved by so many people and dogs, we would like to memorialize Richard Harris, who passed away Sunday, Nov 10. We would like to hold a small service to honor him, as well as purchase a dog park bench plaque or other permanent fixture to honor the man where he touched the lives of so many.

Any additional funds shall be donated to a charity for the care of needy dogs.
