Phil passed away after bravely battling multiple blood clots, showing the same strength and determination in his final chapter that he showed every day of his life. He was not only a fighter in spirit but also an inspiration to many.

As the proud owner of a local fitness gym, Phil dedicated his life to health, wellness, and helping others find their strength — both physically and mentally. He didn’t just build a gym; he built a community. One where every person, no matter their background or goals, felt seen, supported, and motivated.

Phil believed in pushing limits — not just in the weight room, but in life. He taught others how to persevere, how to show up when it’s hard, and how to chase progress over perfection. His passion was contagious, his smile unforgettable, and his belief in people unshakeable.
