I am truly heartbroken to announce the passing of Perry Kulasik. Perry was a dear friend to so many of us and his words of wisdom will forever be in our memory. No amount of words can describe how loyal and caring he was to all of us. He was the kind of person that you knew was listening to our every word when we needed someone there for us. He would give just about anything he could to help you.

Asking for help can sometimes be hard but Perry needs us this time. Perry’s wishes were made very clear and that was to be put to rest next to the love of his life, Karen Stasack, who died many years ago. Perry lovingly has never stopped talking about her. Although Perry has a plot reserved next to her at Elm Lawn Memorial Cemetery, he did not plan any further than that. Any contribution, no matter how small, will get us closer to reuniting Perry with Karen and in our hearts, we will know we gave him the loving, dignified farewell he so much deserves.
