Honor Peggie's Memory with Fruit Trees

My name is Wendy, and this is my mom, Peggie, who left this world on December 18 at 7:06 pm. What a privilege to watch her take her last breath, and what joy filled the room as we knew she was face to face with her Lord and Savior. As the days have gone by, her friends and colleagues asked what we were doing as a family to honor her. If you knew my mom, you know she was clear about only wanting a few friends to gather with a glass of great wine.

Mom moved in with our family in October. I loved every minute of our early morning coffees, singing worship songs together and discussing our plans for the day. While she was here, we had a chance to talk about future plans and ideas. One idea that we both loved was planting fruit trees in our backyard. The thought of watching trees bear fruit every year in honor of her excited me, so herein lies the reason for starting the GoFundMe. We are going to use any funds donated to purchase beautiful fruit-bearing trees that I can see right out of my kitchen window=) Thanks in advance if you want to participate!
