it is With a heavy heart I share the sudden and unfortunate passing of Oscar Tobar. He took his last breath On 04/24/25. Oscar was respected and well loved amongst his peers and people who were fortunate to meet him. He was a great Father, husband, son and friend. Everyone will remember His bright smile and loud laugh. He leaves behind a loving wife and two young girls.

We love you and will carry you in our hearts and minds forever . May you rest in peace
