Honor Officer Lou Ortega with a Park Bench

In remembrance of Officer Luciano Ortega, his rugby communities are coming together to sponsor a park bench in St. Mary's Park, San Francisco, CA. This park is the home of SF Vintage Rugby and where so many of us had the privilege of playing touch rugby with Lou for so many years. It is fitting that his memory have a permanent, physical presence there.
