Hello friends & family,

It’s with a heavy heart to ever have to create this for such a kind, caring, big hearted individual. 

As you all know, Jake passed away unexpectedly on 01.02.2020. 

We are all absolutely devastated by his passing. We are raising money for his family to cover any costs, and expenses to send some ease their way. 

We still cannot come up with the right words to say in a time like this. So I would just like to thank everyone in advanced for any donations.
