My name is Reyana Boyard, and I am reaching out on behalf of my beloved cousin and brother, Nikoles Joseph, who tragically passed away in a car accident on June 15, 2025. Nikoles was on his way from work to the gas station when he lost control of his vehicle and was sadly pinned against a telephone pole. This heartbreaking loss came just two weeks after his high school graduation, two days after he turned 18, and one day after his mother's birthday.
Nikoles had already faced much adversity in his young life. His mother passed away on March 22, 2021, due to medical complications, leaving him to be lovingly adopted by my mom, who is also his maternal aunt. Throughout his life, Nikoles showed immense resilience and determination, with his primary goal of graduating high school always at the forefront of his mind.
He was not just a student; he was a wonderful son, brother, cousin, nephew, and friend. A dedicated athlete, he proudly played for the Dartmouth High School Football Team for three years, finishing his senior season wearing number 77. Nikoles was eagerly looking forward to starting a new chapter in his life at job corps for carpentry, where he was excited to pursue his dreams.
In the wake of this unimaginable loss, our family is struggling to manage the financial burden of funeral expenses. We are reaching out to our community for support during this difficult time. Any contribution you can make to help honor Nikoles’s life and memory would mean the world to us. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
