Honor Mr. Russell: Replace His Aggie Ring

Mr. Matthan Russell is a proud member of the Texas Aggie class of 2008. While at A&M he was part of the Texas A&M Core of Cadets as well as the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. Mr. Russell is a hero and has served our country and continues to give of himself. He pours into sixth through eight grade students daily, teaching science at STEAM for Burleson ISD. He is a family man with two young children. His wife Kelly, class of ‘10, might be holding the fort down alone in the near future because of a deployment assignment for Mr. Russell.

While away on active duty in Germany, Mr. Russell lost his beloved Aggie ring. It is thought that maybe his one year old son mistakenly put it in the trash thinking he was helping his Dad "clean up." Mr. Russell will be celebrating his 40th birthday in August. As a token of appreciation for Mr. Russell's commitment to serving his country as well as his local community, let's embrace the Aggie spirit and pass some "Good Bull" to this man of honor.
