In Loving Memory of Michael Zidek.

Michael Zidek passed away on October 3, 2025, at the age of 29. Over the years, he rose through the ranks of the kitchen—from humble beginnings as a dishwasher to the role of Sous Chef. His journey reflected not only his dedication and skill but also his deep love for the culinary arts.

Michael had a special passion for mentoring young kitchen staff, always taking the time to share his knowledge, encouragement, and support. He dreamed of inspiring the next generation to find both joy and success in the profession he held so dear.

In honor of Michael’s legacy, all donations will support local teens pursuing their culinary education—helping them achieve the goals he so passionately believed in. Donations received will go to class seniors at a local culinary school that are struggling to pay their certification fees. Any remaining funds will assist junior class members with supply fees.
