Hi, I’m Matt’s dad. Matt was 37 when he suffered a massive, catastrophic brain hemorrhage. Matt has checked off on being an organ donor since he got his first license.

Matt has been taking care of his youngest, Max, at home since he was born (3 years). Because of that, the family has had to put a lot of things on hold. One of those things was life insurance. Another was starting a plan to save for their two kids' college.

Matt loved everybody, and everybody loved him. He is already missed by his family.

There are two requests I’m asking for today. First, make sure you check to become an organ donor; it costs nothing and your contribution will allow others to live.

Second, please send a little something to help set up a trust for Matt’s kids. This trust will help pay for the educational needs of these two beautiful children as they grow older.
