Honor Mason's Memory: Support His Family
Spende geschützt
Mason was one 1 of 3 siblings that was raised by his wonderful single mom who devoted her whole life to her children, including being the band mom to the Seminole high school band that he was Band Captain of.
Mason was a brilliant and kind young man. He contained the entire musical talent of the whole family. He taught himself to play multiple instruments before we were ever able to pay for classes. When he started getting professionally trained he turned around and started teaching others. He loved building with Legos, every Zelda game and practicing his French horn and piano. He was just about to leave for school at Shenandoah Conservatory to study Music Technology with a full scholarship. He had high goals he was working so hard to succeed. If Mason wanted to try a new challenge, there is no doubt that he would of succeeded.
Mason was out for a ride on his motorcycle that he rebuilt himself. This became another one of Mason's passions and he was so proud of what he had done. Through careless actions of others, Mason lost his life at the young age of 19 years old.
With a single income family it is gonna be very hard to cover medical cost and funeral arrangements. If you feel compelled to donate, we greatly appreciate it, if not, we ask if you please share Mason's story.
I am Mason's uncle and I started this fundraiser for his mother, Collette Derks. She is my sister and want her to not worry about anything but doing right for Mason. The donations that are being made are going towards funeral arrangements, medical bills and anything else she may encounter during this time of mourning.
