I am one of the two daughters Marybeth had. She was an amazing mom and left this world WAY too soon and very unexpectedly. Because of that, we were unable to get together a trust and are now stuck in the probate process. I was recently told by the attorney doing the probate process that the cost to finish probate will be approximately $20,000. As many know, I had my own major medical issues a few years back which has greatly impacted my financial situation. As such, my sister Miki Golaway and myself are asking for help.
