Dear Family, Friends, and Community,
We are heartbroken to share the passing of Mark Anthony Chase, a beloved father, friend, civil servant, and proud U.S. Army Veteran. Mark transitioned into heaven on October 3, 2025, after spending six months in the ICU at Cleveland Clinic, bravely battling serious health complications. Mark served his country and community with honor—retiring after 39 years of civil service at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He was also a dedicated member of Unity Lodge #115, where he was raised to Master Mason on July 11, 1992. In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask for your support with Mark’s extensive medical expenses incurred during his time in the ICU. Any donation—no matter how small—will go directly toward covering these costs and easing the financial burden on his loved ones during this difficult time.
Mark gave so much in service to others. Now, we humbly ask for help in honoring him with the dignity and peace he deserves.
Thank you for your love, prayers, and generosity.
— The Chase Family
