Hi friends. Marie Franklin, someone we all love, had been in a fight against cancer for more than a year. In July, Marie learned the chemo treatments were not working and she transitioned to hospice care. On Friday, August 8, Marie peacefully passed away and is now healed in the arms of her Savior.

Marie spent much of her life caring for others with grace, compassion, and unwavering strength. She lovingly supported her husband Jim through his battle with multiple sclerosis and later became a source of comfort and guidance for countless people navigating grief. We hope to honor her legacy of love and service. Donations will help ensure she is laid to rest at a National Cemetery in upstate New York with Jim, the love of her life.
