Hello -

My name is Alisha Jones Troxel, and I am the oldest daughter of Louise and Herbert Jones.

Upon my father's passing in 2024, we established The Herbert and Louise Jones Legacy Award. My parents lived by the saying, "We are blessed to be a blessing to others." Our mother was thrilled that we created this award to go to an outstanding electrical student with a promising career at the Home Builders Institute (HBI).

Our family established this award to keep their legacy of giving back alive. It seems only fitting to request, in lieu of flowers at the passing of our dear mother, Louise, that we honor them in this way.
