This is probably one of the hardest GoFundMe accounts, that I’ve ever tried to create.

Bob and Kay King have been the best, and most amazing supporters that have become friends with, and I’m grateful to have met them.

Unfortunately God needed Kay, and she passed away February 21, 2026. Their contributions to my rescue and what I do with Kat Charities has been endless and supportive. They have been so supported of me, as I have taken in the weak, the sick, the injured, the dumped, and the blind. The list is endless.

Kay’s last wishes, as well as her husband Bob, was that she wanted to continue to help me in my future rescues and efforts with Kat Charities in what we do. Bob also asked me to create this GoFundMe account in her honor, for Kay loved animals big and small, and always had an open porch for them. Kay didn’t want any flowers or anything sent to Bob, she just wanted me to have funds to help me continue to help the rescue and foster efforts for Kat Charities.

I have no words for the loss of such an amazing person. Please do support Bob, wrap your arms around him and help him in his time of grieving. Send him prayers as well.

As Kay’s husband I cannot fully express the respect and admiration Kay and I have had for Shaynnẽ and her mission to save, rehab, foster, and eventually give these beautiful creatures a forever home.
