Honor Joyce Bates with a Memorial Bench at UVM

A tight bond was created at the University of Vermont (UVM) over 45 years ago. Joyce was the one who brought laughter, joy and happiness to a gathering. Five of us got together this October '24 to celebrate Joyce's life and friendship, and agreed we would like to place a Memorial Bench with her name on the UVM campus. It is a small gesture to represent the large amount of love and laughter we shared with our dear friend, in a special location. We are asking friends for support in reaching the $5,000 bench goal. Once the funds are secured, UVM will share the location it has designated for the bench. We are targeting to wrap this up before the end of this year. Thank you for your loving support!
