Josilyn Catmull Stonebrook fought with extraordinary courage for more than three years after brain cancer changed her life forever. What began with a devastating stroke became a long and courageous journey filled with physical and cognitive challenges that would have broken most people. But Josilyn was not most people.
Through every setback, she met life with fierce determination, unwavering faith, and remarkable grace. Over the course of her battle, Josilyn underwent three successful brain surgeries followed by intensive rehabilitations, facing each recovery with incredible strength and perseverance. She fought tirelessly to remain present for the people she loved most — as a devoted wife, a loving mother to her two young boys, a cherished daughter, sister, and a loyal friend. Even in her hardest moments, Josilyn led with optimism, humor, compassion, and strength that inspired everyone around her.
After years of treatments, hospital stays, rehabilitation, and mounting medical expenses, Josilyn’s courageous battle has come to an end. Her family is now carrying not only the unimaginable weight of grief, but also the overwhelming financial burden left behind from years of fighting to keep her with them.
We are asking for your help to support Ken and their two boys during this heartbreaking time. Donations will go toward funeral services, remaining medical expenses, and helping provide stability for the family as they begin navigating life without their beloved wife and mother.
If Josilyn’s story moves you, please consider donating and sharing this campaign. Every contribution — no matter the amount — will help lighten the burden for a family who gave everything in the fight for more time together.
Most of all, we hope to honor Josilyn’s legacy: a life defined by faith, courage, resilience, and unconditional love.
Thank you for your prayers, support, generosity, and for helping keep Josilyn’s memory alive.
