Our beloved Jose was taken from us in a tragic and senseless act of violence, murdered without a cause at the hands of a 59-year-old criminal. This act is beyond comprehension for any family, and the pain we are experiencing is profound and overwhelming.

Jose was not just a victim; he was a shining light in our lives. Jose was a dedicated and responsible young man, full of dreams and aspirations. He worked tirelessly to achieve his goals and make his family proud. He leaves behind a pregnant girlfriend, who is on the brink of bringing their child into this world, along with his devoted parents and four siblings who adored him deeply. As a caring and amazing big brother to his three siblings, and a loving younger brother, Jose made it a priority to always be there for his family, offering support, laughter, and love.

He was a good son, and grandson, a cousin you can count on, a cherished nephew, and a devoted boyfriend, whose life was just beginning as he was preparing to step into the role of a father. Unfortunately, his bright future has been cut short, and our family is left grappling with the shock of his loss. Only God can provide us the strength to carry on.

We are reaching out to you during a profoundly heartbreaking time to support Jose’s girlfriend and baby. She has not only lost her boyfriend, but a loving partner and devoted father to their unborn child, and is facing unimaginable challenges. As she prepares to welcome new life into this world in December, they are met with the tragic loss of their sole provider and support.

This young woman is not only grieving the loss of her beloved, but also grappling with the harsh reality of single parenthood while navigating her deep sorrow. The absence of her partner means the loss of emotional and financial stability, just as they were preparing to start a family together. It is difficult to comprehend the pain she feels, coupled with the anxiety of bringing a child into a world without their father.

She will need assistance for the unconditional love and care her baby deserves, which can no longer be provided by their father.
