Both Reverend John King and his wife Brenda graduated from Chipola College in the late 60s. Brother John went on to earn master’s degrees in Christian Education and Divinity. In honor of their memory, a scholarship fund will be established with the Chipola Foundation in Marianna, Florida for students who plan on continuing their studies to enter the ministry. The size of the endowment to the fund will determine the size of the scholarships. All money given to the fund will be given directly to the Chipola Foundation for administrative management.
