Jeremy West passed away peacefully on Friday October 17th, 2025 in Huntsville, AL surrounded by his loving family.
Jeremy was very passionate about his time spent at Stepping Stones Foundation sober living and being involved in supporting and fostering the community there.
In the spirit of honoring Jeremy's wishes prior to his passing, he would love to continue to provide support to the Stepping Stones community in Huntsville, AL.
