In Loving Memory of My Brother Helping Others Find Hope
My brother, Jeffrey, passed away at just 33 years old after a long and painful battle with addiction. He was more than his struggle, he was kind, funny, and loved deeply. His life mattered, and though addiction took him too soon, his story doesn’t have to end here.
I’m creating this fundraiser in his honor to support a treatment facility (Self Help Movement) that helps men overcome addiction, a place that literally saved my life. Years ago, I walked through their doors broken and unsure if I’d make it. But thanks to the support, guidance, and love I received, I found healing. I found hope. I’m here today because of it.
This campaign is about turning pain into purpose. Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping men fighting for their lives, giving them access to the same life changing care that helped me, and that my brother so badly needed.
If you’ve lost someone to addiction or know someone still battling, you know how critical these programs are. Together, let’s honor my brother’s memory by giving others the chance to reclaim theirs.
