I would like to start by telling everyone who donates, thank you in advance.

My name is Warren Billingsley, and I am Jay's half-brother. Tori and I are making this GoFundMe in honor of my brother, who was officially pronounced dead at 12:43 PM on 4/28/2025. The money raised on my brother's behalf will be used for anything and everything regarding his funeral and cremation expenses. Any money left over will be put into a trust for his two boys. We do not expect to raise $10,000, but anything helps and is greatly appreciated. We will post services here as we figure out more.

Jay French - a name well known by many people from South Houston all the way to Conroe. He loved his family and his bike and loved doing fun things like camping and going to bike rallies. Jay was so full of life and was great company to be around. He touched a lot of people's hearts in his life and will continue to do the same in his passing.
