In Loving Memory of Jake Hohl – A Memorial Fund for His Family

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jake Hohl, a beloved husband, father, son and friend, after a courageous battle with stage 4 uveal melanoma.

Jake was a source of strength, kindness, and quiet resilience. He fought bravely, never allowing his diagnosis to define him. Through it all, his love for his family remained his guiding light. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Megan, and their two young children—Logan (2nd grade) and Hallie (kindergarten)—who were the joy and center of his world.

This memorial fundraiser is being created to honor Jake's memory and to support Megan and the kids during this incredibly difficult time. The funds raised will go toward funeral and memorial expenses, immediate living costs, and the ongoing care and well-being of Logan and Hallie as they adjust to life without their father.
