Hi, my name is Jasmine Reyes. My cousin is Isac Rizo. Isac recently passed away from a stab wound too close to the heart. Isac was the most beautiful and full-of-life human I have ever met in my entire life. He is a cousin, brother, son, grandson, nephew, and a friend to many. I could go on about how he meant something to everyone. He always lit up any room he was in and made everyone feel included in any activity.
