Honor Gina's Memory: Help Her Loved Ones

It is with the heaviest heart we announce the passing of our dear friend and expert cookie decorator, Gina Valentine. Gina passed away on December 20, 2024, at the age of 56. Gina was a part of the Mother Mousse family for over 30 years, and it has been an honor to know her. She was more than an employee; she was a dear friend and confidant to all who worked with her and a beloved part of the community. So many of our customers knew and loved Gina for her big personality and helpfulness. Her welcoming energy and caring nature will truly be missed by all who knew Gina. Our condolences go out to her family and friends.

Gina succumbed to an undetected battle with cancer. She leaves behind her husband, Robert, son Robert, daughter-in-law Lisa, and many other loved ones and friends who mourn her loss.

Visitation services will be held at Casey-McCallum Rice Funeral Home, located at 30 Nelson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10308, on December 22, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

A funeral service is scheduled at St. Clare Roman Catholic Church, St. Clare's Church, New York, NY 10308, on December 23, 2024, from 9:45 am to 10:30 am.
