He was a talented cook, capable of crafting elaborate four-course meals and baking delicious bread. He also had a keen appreciation for culinary adventures, always eager to be the first in line to try the next best thing. His humor, characterized by silly, loud, and quick-witted one-liners, brought laughter to many.

Ernie was genuinely compassionate, always offering compliments and positive energy, regardless of his own circumstances. He truly believed in the power of kindness.

The connection between Ernie and his father, Ernie Sr., was exceptionally strong. They shared a life filled with journeys across the country, relying on each other for everything. Now, Ernie Sr. faces a profound and heartbreaking loss.
