Honor Eagle Scout Josh's Memory

My name is Florence Evans and I'm the Aunt of Josh Klein. Josh was 36 and died unexpectedly on April 21 in North Carolina. He had surgery for a hernia and got pneumonia while in the hospital. They put him on life support and told his mom Debbie that he wasn't going to survive the weekend. He died on Monday, April 21 in the afternoon. Josh had Spina Bifida and had to endure many surgeries over his short life. He didn't have life insurance and his mother Debbie (my sister) who was recently widowed is having difficulty paying for his cremation expenses. Josh grew up in Avon Park, Florida and had many friends. He didn't know a stranger and had a big heart. His dad was Phil Klein who was very involved in Josh's life. Phil was so proud that Josh achieved the honor of being an Eagle Scout which is not an easy accomplishment. Phil died around March of 2024, which left a strain on the family financially.
