Honor Douglas Bonilla with a Proper Farewell

Hi, I’m Jennifer. I am the ex-wife and mother to Douglas W. Bonilla’s three children, Kylie (21), Douglas (20), and Isabelle (19). Unfortunately Douglas unexpectedly lost his battle with Kidney Disease, after many years of pain and suffering. Douglas immigrated to the United States, from Izalco, Sonsonate El Salvador when he was a young boy, in hopes of a better future. He spent his adult years doing what he loved, COOKING, he was a line cook, and even a Sous Chef. He enjoyed his line of work, and loved feeding people. Douglas lived in San Francisco, and also Livermore, California for a time. He loved living in San Francisco, and saying he was from the “City”, he also loved the 49ers, and the Giants. Douglas leaves behind his father, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters. Luis (Anna) Edwin (Maira) Ernesto, Margarita, Elizabeth (Tony) and Mirian (Arnoldo) and many many nieces and nephews. His passing was very unexpected and we were not prepared for it. We would like to ask our family, and friends for support in making sure Douglas gets a proper burial. Thank you!
