Honor David's Memory: Support His Farewell

In loving memory of David — a brilliant mind, a passionate human, and a fiercely loyal friend.

My name is Nicole, and I’m David’s older sister.

David was senselessly killed on May 29, 2025, at just 39 years old, and our world has been turned upside down. I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of our family to help cover the cost of his cremation and hopes for a celebration of life at a later date. The loss is devastating—sudden, violent, and impossible to make sense of. But through the heartbreak, I’m trying to honor the incredible life he lived.

David was more than my brother. He was a genius, a traveler, a storyteller, and a sound chaser. He made a fast life as an audio engineer that took him around the world. He had a way of connecting with people from all walks of life—through music, through friendship, and through his beautifully stubborn spirit.

If you knew David, you know how fiercely he loved. He was the kind of person who showed up for you—sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly—but always with heart. And now it’s our turn to show up for him.

David will be cremated, and I hope to have a celebration of his life to be held in Florida, where everyone can gather to share with me and my daughter stories, music, and memories that made him who he was. He deserves to be remembered in light, laughter, and love—just as he lived, that is very important to me.

Any funds raised will go toward covering his cremation and celebration of life. Any additional contributions will be placed in a college fund for his niece, who carries a piece of him in her heart.
