Honor David Crawford with a Proper Burial

Hello, my name is Candice Crawford. My brother was David Crawford. Most of you know he passed away on November 17; it was very unexpected. I am creating this GoFundMe to help me with the cost of giving him a proper burial. David was looking for a new job at the time of his death and did not have life insurance. He was a proud man and would hate me doing this. But due to my recent accident, I have no other choice. His services will be announced soon, but the services will be handled by Gregory’s Funeral Home in Gastonia. I know that everyone has priorities and with the holidays coming up. But if you can spare anything, we would greatly appreciate it. I know a lot of you have called or texted me and asked what you could do for me. This is what I need right now; I need to lay my brother to rest. He was my rock. But it is not just me I do this for. David was so much to so many people. I am not going to share all of the people that were closest to him right now, just know that he was a brother, a partner, a father figure, a right hand, a friend, a co-worker, and a mentor. I am devastated that I will never hear his voice, see his smile, or have a hug from him. I know he is with our parents, smiling down at us. But it doesn’t help me now. All I can do is focus on taking care of my baby brother one last time. I need to do this right and I am asking you all to help me, please.
