On September 3, 2021, Dan Fowler went to Heaven. He left behind a loving wife, 3 children, a son-in-law, and 6 grandchildren. My dad loved his family deeply and treated everyone as if they were his best friend. He always wore a smile on his face and had a story to tell. Dad drove a school bus for the Higley Unified School District during the last 5 years in his “retired” life, as he would say. He was referred to as Mr. Fowler and was adored by all of his students. His grandchildren loved it when he was their bus driver for field trips!

Dad enjoyed doing many things, but one of his favorite things to do was golf. He especially loved playing with his kids and grandkids. In honor of him, our family has decided to start a foundation in order to award golf scholarships to students hoping to continue their golf careers in college. We plan to host an annual golf tournament in order to raise money as well as an annual junior golf tournament. In lieu of flowers and funeral costs, we would love for you to make a donation in any amount to continue sharing Dad’s love for the game of golf.
