Kendall is raising funds in memory of Dale Henry Spry, Kendall’s uncle, after Dale was tragically killed in a mass shooting in Downtown Minneapolis on September 2, 2026. This heartbreaking loss has left family, friends, and the wider community grieving someone who meant so much to so many people. Dale was a big part of the Native American community and the Northside Minneapolis community. He was someone people knew, cared about, and respected. Dale also graduated from North Community High School and served in the United States Army in 1990, and those parts of his life reflect the deep roots and service that shaped who he was.

The funds raised will help support Dale’s burial services and also help locate his children, Eric and Sarah, during this painful time. Kendall is asking for support from everyone whose life was touched by Dale, or who wants to stand with a family facing an unimaginable loss. Any help, whether through a donation or by sharing this fundraiser, will mean so much. Most of all, this is a way to honor Dale Henry Spry, remember his place in the community, and help his loved ones carry some of the burden in the days ahead.
