This campaign has been created to honor Cory Spikes by converting his Memorial Agricultural Sciences Scholarship at Sam Houston State University (SHSU) into a permanent endowment. The original annual scholarship was established to reflect Cory's deep commitment not only to the field of agriculture, but also to the countless students he mentored and/or educated across the Katy, Beaumont, and Hardin-Jefferson ISDs.
His parents created this scholarship in his memory because Cory truly believed in paying it forward and investing in the next generation.
