Honor Coach Pat with a Bench at Field 5

To all of our friends and families from around Safety Harbor,

As many of you know, we lost a good friend recently. On September 12th, Pat Wodjan passed away after a brief illness. He will be missed by many people who knew him.

Pat Wodjan worked at the Safety Harbor Recreation Center for many years and was very active in coaching baseball at Safety Harbor Little League. He touched so many lives, teaching life skills all while having fun and teaching the kids baseball on the field. He dedicated so much time to the city of Safety Harbor and to so many of our kids.

In return to Pat, we would like to make a dedication to him at the Little League fields in remembrance of him. Through the city, we are purchasing a bench to be placed out by field #5 where Pat spent many days and evenings teaching our kids. We are reaching out to you in hopes we can raise $1,200 for the cost of the bench and plaque to always remember Pat. If we should exceed the amount needed, we plan to donate the money to Safety Harbor Little League to help sponsor kids for baseball.
