This year, JWU is creating a Legacy Dining Room to remember all of the Culinary faculty that impacted your life from being a Wildcat. What Ivonne, Chef Kochi and I want to do is honor those who have passed from JWU North Miami. As you all know, we lost Chef Hensley last month. The messages and LOVE shared by all of you inspired Ivonne and I to do this. If we make $500 we will have a platter in honor of our dear friend Chef Hensley. We will honor him with your names on the platter. I know most of you have given JWU lots of your money, but this is to honor those who touched and impacted our lives while we were at JWU North Miami. Even $5 will help towards the goal! If we can at least get $250, we can have a plate to remember him by!
