Honor Charlie Kirk: Support His Family Now

My name is Donna and I am a Conservative mother of two who resides in Chicago, IL. I was inspired to create this GoFundMe page in an effort to support the family of Charles James Kirk who passed away suddenly on the Utah Valley University campus yesterday. He was gunned down in what appears to be an event fueled by political violence.

Charlie was a devout Christian and a family man to his wife, Erika, and their two beautiful children whom they protect from the media. His conservative views, his love for God and need to put America first has inspired many across the globe. I have always felt him to be, "The Voice of the Young Conservative".

What hits home for me is that he grew up in Arlington Heights and went to Wheeling High School which is very close to where I reside. For years I have watched and enjoyed his debates, not just for what he was saying, but by how he was saying it. He was a very respectful human being who believed in an open platform of opinion and felt it was his civil duty to steer people in the right direction. I conclude this to be one of the greatest losses the United States has ever endured. Now the only way that I can honor Charlie is to follow his beliefs and pass them on to my own children. Even in death, Charlie will always live in the hearts and homes of his followers.

Obviously this is a difficult time for his family as they are going through an immense amount of heartbreak. I would like to make this painful transition easier for them. Although Erika has an impressive educational background and does work as a real estate agent, it would give me a great sense of relief knowing that she can focus on raising her children as she is now forced to do that alone. Being a single mother is a very difficult task and I am hoping that this fundraiser will ease the burden.

It is from my understanding that the Kirk's resided in Phoenix, Arizona and I am currently working to contact his family and/or team so that 100% of the funds raised go directly to them. I have reached out to his reps for information and am waiting for a response.
