Honoring Carmen Lizet Puch

Abdullah is sharing this fundraiser in memory of Carmen Lizet Puch, a beloved employee and friend whose loss has left so many heartbroken. Carmen worked with Abdullah for the past six months, and even in that short time, her gentle spirit, kindness, and strong work ethic made a lasting impact on everyone around her. She was soft-spoken, caring, and always looking out for others, often asking how people were doing and offering help without hesitation. Carmen had moved from New Jersey and was working hard to build a better life for herself and her young daughter. Above all, she was a loving mother doing everything she could for her little girl.

After leaving work on Sunday evening, Carmen tragically lost her life in a brutal act of violence. She was found the following morning in the McLean–Great Falls area, and authorities are investigating. Her daughter is now facing an unimaginable future without her mother. This fundraiser is being created to help ease some of the painful burdens left behind, including funeral and memorial expenses, urgent family needs, and support for the care and future of Carmen’s young daughter.
